Correct timing to take water will maximize its effectiveness to Human body.


Two (02) glasses
of water - After waking up - Helps activate internal organs

One (01) glass of water - 30 minutes before meal - Help digestion

One (01) glass of water - Before taking a bath - Helps lower blood pressure

One (01) glass of water - Before sleep - To avoid stroke or heart attack


in my view..i skang ni da byk minum air masak..badan makin rase ringan..sbb da nmpk kurus ckit..perasaan je nih..but..dat was my sister said about me..nk diet..mnum la air masak bebanyak..bkn takat 8gelas je sehari..kalo boley lebih dari tu..usus pon sehat tau..sentiasa rase kyg..keep it up acit..kurus3x..
